We celebrated my son's first birthday...what can I say? Excellent food, a beautiful location, and impeccable service thanks to Vincenzo, who made sure we had everything we needed. Corrado was kind and available to answer all our questions. Thank you, and we'll be back soon!

We're speechless... everything was excellent, from the delicious, elegantly prepared food to the service provided by Vincenzo and his knowledgeable, friendly, and personable staff. Suggestion? Go there...

The fixed menu had to be slightly modified by the staff (they were very kind). There are several rooms; the one we used (the Herb Room) is spacious and can accommodate parties of about a hundred people. We found the decorations harmonious. The price was fair.

We stayed at this masseria and had a really great time. The location is very large and well-kept, with a dedicated riding stable and a good amount of greenery. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. We had a really good lunch; the food is plentiful and of very high quality, with products that showcase the local area. We'll be back as soon as we can.

I could sum it up simply by saying: nothing special! But I must, alas, add that the staff consisted of only two waiters, lacking a single person present outside the restaurant. But the absurd thing was the lack of a menu. So we sat down at the table not knowing what they would serve us (it was all a surprise). Finally, I would have expected at least some grilled meat, but nothing. In the end, I didn't quite understand, even assuming there was a set menu, why different dishes were served at the other tables. Despite everything, the dishes served were well executed.

We celebrated my wife and I's 30th birthday here. It was a wonderful experience in every way: - superbly flavorful food, with great care taken in the plating of each dish; - impeccable service, attentive to every guest's needs. Vincenzo and his daughter are two wonderful people, kind and courteous throughout the party. You can tell they love what they do. They are definitely the added value of this venue; - a DJ hired directly from the dining room, at our request. He too is a kind person, who personally jumps into the dance, singing live music and never seems out of place, neither with the timing nor the type of music chosen; - clean and well-kept location, with plenty of green space and charming spots for taking original photos. An impeccable experience in every way. Highly recommended!

Borgo Sansanello is Puglia at its finest. A farmhouse with a trullo among the olive trees.... The management is friendly and the quality/price ratio is excellent! A wonderful evening with a village festival-style dinner... Traditional food, expertly executed.... It's a shame we didn't discover it sooner!

We celebrated my 60th birthday and were satisfied with every aspect: customer service, food, cleanliness, value for money, friendliness, short waits between courses, outdoor spaces. I recommend it and will definitely be back.
