Pizzeria of the heart! Kind, helpful, polite, service always at the top, both when I order and collect it myself, and when they bring it to my home. The pizza is always delicious, very high quality ingredients, super digestible dough. Tested doughs: normal, kamut and charcoal, special mention also for the fried foods!

Il sellaio

15/04/2025: Pizzeria off via Zamboni before the San Donato bridge, parking nearby. Large, crunchy pizza, for those who like this type of dough, and other very pleasant selected dishes. There is also space on the veranda, as well as inside. Advised.
12/04/2025: Limitatamente la mia esperienza la migliore pizzeria di Bologna soprattutto per chi ama la pizza stesa e bassa di spessore. Personale disponibile ottima qualità e servizio veloce. Con la bella stagione è possibile mangiare all'aperto.
