Lovely evening, very friendly staff, will return to try other specialities

Tried for dinner on December 4, 2025. The restaurant is on two floors (you eat on the first floor, however), very elegant, with soft lighting and perhaps a bit too loud in the background music. Very friendly staff, quick service (there were only two tables occupied), and an à la carte menu featuring exclusively meat (which is also on display in the dry-curing room) divided into appetizers, tartare, two types of burgers, and various cuts of varying quality. A word of advice: if you order a rib-eye steak, for example, the price shown on the menu is per pound; the minimum order weight is about 6 ounces, one of which must be boned (as stated by the wait staff). I personally ordered a plate of fried porcini mushrooms, a Tomashawks burger, and the oriental tartare, all excellent. The price is in line with other steakhouses, but it depends on the type of meat you choose.

I'd been curious about this place for a while, drawn by the sight of the meat in the fridge. The staff was immediately friendly and welcoming, they seated us without a wait, and the young man who looked after us gave us a truly interesting explanation of their aging process—you can tell they know what they're doing and care. We had a New York Strip and a Norland (pictured): both were incredible. Super tender, flavorful, melt-in-your-mouth meat. The quality was top-notch, and the prices were absolutely in line with what they serve. The place is intimate, well-kept, and very comfortable. A place we'll definitely return to.

World-class restaurant. It was my first experience with blended meat made with this quality. I was amazed by the combination of the setting, the delicacy and professionalism of the staff, and the quality of what I experienced. This time, the main course was a rib-eye steak; I can't wait to return to try something more sophisticated. The price is highly competitive compared to the overall value.

This is our second visit to this restaurant, and once again, the experience was exceptional. The food is truly spectacular: the meat has an extraordinary flavor, tender and flavorful, definitely on another level. The service also deserves special mention: professional, attentive, and meticulously caring. Kudos to Luca, a key presence in the restaurant, whose professionalism and courtesy make the experience even more enjoyable. We'll definitely be back!

If you want Meat with a capital "M," you have to come here. An unexpected variety of meats, expertly cooked in a charcoal oven. The staff are very kind and knowledgeable in helping you choose the right type, cut, and cooking method for each meat. The atmosphere is relaxing and refined, but not invasive, and I really appreciated the courtesy of the wait staff. The price is more than reasonable for the quality of the meat. We'll be back as soon as possible!

Perfect service, very attentive, courteous, and extremely friendly! The tartar was very good, as was my burger. The meat? Excellent! The only thing was the music was a little too loud, but you forget that given the culinary experience :) Definitely recommend it!
