The Tola bistrot is located in the beautiful Piazza Tola in the historic center of Sassari, a small, very well-kept and familiar place. Excellent pizzas, very good dough and ingredients chosen, I recommend the one with bacon and baked potatoes, try it for yourself. Rating 10+

Ci siamo fermati per caso, dopo aver visto diversi locali entrare, e siamo stati proprio bene. Personale molto gentile e sorridente ci ha accolto e consigliato. Abbiamo assaggiato due primi tipici: gnocchetti con salsiccia e fregola con frutti di mare, buoni, e poi le polpette sassaresi. Prezzi nella norma.

Last night we went to the tola for dinner, what can I say, excellent pizzas and highly digestible dough, phenomenal meatballs accompanied by delicious sauces, and for dessert a truly gigantic bowl of strawberries with cream, all delicious! Highly recommended!

11/10/2024: Il ristorante offre dei piatti ispirati ai sapori tradizionali, sapientemente composti, in un'intensità di sapori e profumi. Ottimi i carpaccio così come il resto delle portate. Abbiamo scelto un menù di mare con un'ottima pasta e fagioli con cozze, linguine alle vongole, cernia gratinata e frittura di calamari. Personale preparatissimo e capace di mettere a proprio agio il cliente. Esperienza intensa.
