Efficient, helpful and super friendly service. Modern and familiar environment. Pizza? SHOW. Among the many new places in Galatina, this is certainly one that must be tried if you intend to eat an excellent pizza. Super recommended, I will definitely return!!

Honestly, I expected something more from this pizzeria. All the badges it boasts of 50 top pizza and Gambero rosso had created other expectations in me, with specific reference to the pizzas. However, I must say that various aspects did not satisfy me. The very beautiful environment: building located in the historic center renovated and tastefully furnished; there were 9 of us and they placed us in a room with a beautiful star vault. When we arrived we realized that they had set the table for 8! From the moment of ordering to the delivery of the pizzas we had to wait, in my opinion a little too long, considering that this is a place that requires the customer to vacate the table by a certain time when booking a table. The menu, in my opinion, is a bit poor in terms of choice of pizzas: 15 of the "standard" ones and only one seasonal one! The pizzas are contemporary with a crust that is not excessively puffy, slightly bready or not empty and widely honeycombed. I found the base of the pizza a little behind in cooking and slightly raw, white, unlike the top which had a nice brown color and the so-called "spotting" much sought after by some customers but not tolerated by some as it was seen as burnt bubbles that are not good for your health! I kindly asked the waitress about the dough and the brand of flour used but the only answer I got was that it's type 0! I asked if the chariot was used but was politely told that they are not required to give this type of information. In short, I would say that we can certainly give more!

The pizza is really good, very tasty, the rest of the options aren't bad either. Inside, the environment is characterized by beautiful star vaults, set up in a modern style, there are internal stairs that lead to other rooms, there is the possibility of dining outside and admiring the alleys of the city.

We had dinner with friends and felt pampered by the kind and attentive staff. We ate excellent quality appetizers and delighted ourselves with some very, very good pizzas. The location is typically Salento, with wonderful vaults. I highly recommend the yellow cetara pizza and the french fries. We will be back soon!

While walking around Galatina, my family and I came across TipoZero. Very nice and welcoming environment; the kind and friendly staff; the food was highly appreciated by all the guests! We will definitely be back :)

Very good Neapolitan pizza, light and digestible. Incredibly fast service and very friendly staff. The place is really beautiful, housed in an ancient structure in the historic centre, renovated with great taste. I think I will return 8/16/24 We returned after a year and I found the pizza a little less light and digestible and the fried foods a little too garlicky. Overall it's a good pizzeria with very friendly staff.

Trovandoci in zona con mia moglie per una sola sera decidiamo di andare a mangiare una pizza e la scelta del locale cade su questo "tipo zero" a Galatina! Locale moderno e giovane, tipica pietra leccese a fare da sfondo, arredo industriale e una pizza contemporanea con un bel cornicione pronunciato ed una vasta scelta di farciture. Io sono andato su una classica tonno e cipolla intramontabile ma rivisitata con una cipolla arrosto e tonno di qualità. Abbiamo ordinato delle polpette fritte per antipasto e completato la cena con un tiramisù ed un cannolo scomposto per dolce... tutto delizioso!

Ci siamo trovati benissimo, pizza di qualità e servizio top. Questo posto lo consiglio vivamente. Ottima anche la location 😜
