Tipozero In Galatina

Excellent vegan menu with a 10/10 frittatina and an arancini with ragù as an appetizer. The vegan Margherita was top-notch, reasonably priced, and made with good dough. We ended up in Galatina somewhat by chance, and this place was a lovely surprise. Well done!!

Delicious pizza, very nice atmosphere

Wonderful pizzeria! A must-try! Sublime dough and exceptional ingredients! The homemade chips as an appetizer are also excellent!

Excellent welcome, very characteristic interior, an old Salento farmhouse renovated and furnished with care and style. We started the evening with a Nerano-style frittatina and a trio of montanare pizzas. Both dishes arrived hot and crispy, perfectly fried. The frittatina in particular was crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside, very delicious, worthy of the alleys of Naples. The montanara pizza has a dough unlike any other you'll find in Naples; this Tipo Zero pizza is like a soft and airy pillow, top quality, lots of applause! All the pizzas we tried lived up to expectations. Super light and contemporary dough, practically a cloud, perfectly cooked, and toppings made with top-quality ingredients. Excellent Margherita, super-rich Bufala with excellent buffalo mozzarella, superbly seasoned Capricciosa, and the pizza with grandma's sauce is a poem, with meatballs, smoked provola, and pecorino cheese sprinkled on top—a true delight. We had no doubts because we've known Staglio's delicious products for years; the craftsmanship is always that of great experts in the art of baking. Beyond all this, we were positively impressed by the dedication and speed of the staff; the service is super fast, kind, and efficient. We had a small issue with the positioning of our table, but it was resolved in less than 30 seconds, demonstrating great availability, courtesy, and respect for the customer. Even though the pizzeria was practically sold out, the service was perfect; the staff (including the owners) were tirelessly busy. A totally positive experience, it's definitely one of the best pizzas and pizzerias in Salento, and it has received and continues to receive well-deserved recognition. We'll be back to Tipo Zero to try the other excellent items on the menu. Congratulations to the entire staff, well done guys! Keep up the good work and enthusiasm.

Great experience, very good pizzas, dough that melts in your mouth. The waiters are a bit rushed but still very helpful and kind.

Years after my first review here, the place remains impeccable. The food is truly good. The staff is friendly and polite. In my opinion, the only problem now is the prices don't fully reflect what I've consumed.

The service was a bit slow, but it was also the day with the taranta night. Exceptional pizza, excellent pizza menu as well, very fair prices. The dough was light, just like the one I had in Naples. I tried the buffalo mozzarella and the amatriciana (perfect, balanced and not too salty).

The pizza dough is incredibly light and delicious (contemporary style), and you can tell the ingredients are top-quality. The only place I've found a thick, well-cooked, and juicy burger... truly compliments. The tiramisu is good, but I recommend adding a few more sweet treats. Top service, everyone is friendly and helpful.

Locale accogliente, servizio ottimo. Peccato per il resto. Iniziamo a sfogliare il menù sezione “pizze” ed ecco qui, già increduli con la poca varietà, in un posto così conosciuto ci aspettavamo un menù più ricco ma ok, non ci abbattiamo. All’arrivo dell’ordine rimaniamo ancora più sconvolti: una “pizza” era tipo focaccia sottile e croccante, a strati con la mortadella, un’altra era una pizza-piadina con qualche pezzo di mozzarella. Ora, perché non mettere queste tipologie in un’altra sezione del menù? Perché non specificare che all’arrivo non ti trovi una pizza ma qualcos’altro? Anche perché la qualità-quantità non è all’altezza del prezzo, in questo caso sproporzionato. Le altre pizze belle e buone, nulla da dire ma comunque non ci ritorneremo. Peccato!
