TIMES cafe In Vetralla

09/12/2024: Portions were generous and staff very kind and welcoming, though a bit rushed with many tables. One primo was enough for a lunch. One night, I got the stracchina stuffed fagottini (like giant gnocchi) with the gorgonzola sauce and arugula and it was DELIGHTFUL. I was so pleased with it, I came back another time for the pappardelle with wild boar simple ragù: speechless. I've lived in Italy 10 years and know when pasta is cheap vs. handmade: this stuff was handmade and delectable. Ideal spot to people watch while you dine, so good for solo-traveler.
