Tigella Biella In Biella

A good, typical restaurant with nice appetizer platters. We had the pasta with cream sauce, Parmesan cheese, and Argentinian beef (which lacked seasoning). It was a bit noisy and the service was slow, though.

Everything was very good👍 However, the erbazzone seemed very expensive given the quantity😡 I would have preferred that the Parmesan cream was not on top of the erbazzone. Anyway, I had a good time and ate well.👍

I see some good reviews, but I'm obviously a loser, because mine is decidedly negative. It says "aperitivo from 6 PM" outside. I go in, on the aperitif menu there is a list of drinks and a list of platters on which it is specified "the platters are accompanied by tigelle and fried gnocchi, I ask for an Aperol Spritz and a platter, they ask me if I want the mixed one or just prosciutto and squacquerone, I go for the mixed one. They bring me the spritz, judgment between decent and good, they bring the platter, 4 slices of salami milano, 4 slices of prosciutto, two slices of cheese with fig jam, and two shortcrust pastry boats filled with Russian salad and a Gorgonzola cream. Overall it seems like a good platter to me. I wait for the famous tigelle and fried gnocchi to arrive. I'm still waiting now... No tigelle, no fried gnocchi, but also no bread, no breadsticks, no crackers, nothing at all, so the cold cuts remained on the platter, I waited 40 minutes then I finished the spritz and left (13 euros). Advice: Change the name of the place to "Bring Your Own Bread from Biella" EDIT: I'm changing my review to two stars because reading the owner's response, it clearly seems like there was a mix-up.

It was the evening of the Alpine gathering in Biella, so there were plenty of people, but despite this, the food and service were excellent, using top-quality ingredients, as well as a fantastic local beer. Congratulations!

Cozy, modern and clean place. Varied and good platter with tigelle, the desserts are also good. I haven't tasted anything else, but I will definitely go back. The staff were very kind.
