We stopped at this bar after nine 🕘 in the evening ✨ on our way back from Bologna. We sat outside at one of the many outdoor tables, taking a look 👁 at the menu 📋; we then ordered two aperitifs 🍸 in addition to a toast 🥪 and a potato cake 🥔 with spinach and parmesan fondue (really good 😋). Prices were all in all average, as was the service. I suggest trying the cake because I really liked it 👍. Bellissimo locale nel centro storico di Ferrara, a due passi dalla Cattedrale e affacciato sulla Piazza Municipale : sedersi nei tavoli all' aperto e godersi la visuale vale già tanto. Ci siamo limitati ad un aperitivo : ottimo lo spritz servitoci, complimenti per il servizio e la cura e pulizia dell' ambiente.

Very nice place a stone's throw from the Estense castle where you can taste typical Ferrara dishes such as cappellacci and tenerina cake, the young and very helpful staff

The quality of the food is good, but the particular thing is the slightly rustic environment, characterized by the presence of a lot of wood. There are several televisions, where programs and matches are shown. Several sports groups, such as youth soccer teams and other sports, organize various team dinners at Hurly Burly, precisely because it is a large place, with many seats, and a quiet atmosphere. 26/04/2025: We come to the Lido every year and I have to say it's a great place to have breakfast. Very friendly staff who provide table service, which is very rare in Estensi where "do it yourself" prevails. AMAZING DONUTS!
