If you’re tired of pasta and pizza then try this pretty, friendly bistro near Quartiere Coppedè. Fantastic organic food. We love the poke bowls (white, brown or black rice, or cous cous), with fresh vegetables and a choice of protein. I had the pickled salmon - lovely!

All very nice but a small chocolate bag eaten at the counter for €3.30 seems really exaggerated to me!

I went with my mother to this haute cuisine place. Healthy, refined and simple. All delicious. Not only that. In addition to the food, Andrès, the chef, and his colleagues are professional, they know how to best advise customers and put them at ease. Eating out excellently and feeling at home. Very recommendable bistro. A must-go restaurant. If you are in Rome, Salario Parioli area.. not to be missed. As for me, fortunately I live near the Bistrot, I go often and will return. Thank you.

We arrived in Rome (Roma) just before everything reopens for dinner (7 PM) walked around the corner for the hotel and Andres (da Cher) from Columbia, South America offered to make me a smash burger and my wife a rice bowl. And let me tell you “he put his foot in it” as we say in the old days hoods of America (that means it was good!) and I am aging myself…the place looks like a corner store but the Romans stop to have a glass or two of wine and seat around to share their evening. What an amazing experience that I did not expect.
