Best Supplì and Pizza al Taglio in Rome! Excellent selection of pizzas and supplì!

A friend took me here, and I must say it was a lovely surprise. Quality products, original dishes, something for all tastes. Highly recommended.

Super unique and delicious pizza! It's expensive, but the quality of the food is absolutely worth it. I recommend the classic supplì and the porchetta pizza.

Given that they're very kind, we tried the marinara, porchetta with potato puff pastry, fried amatriciana, and supplì. Supplì. The breading was good, and it's a real plus that they make it themselves. The sauce and rice were very good, but I thought the breading was too heavy, detrimental to everything else. I'd also add more cheese; I'm not on the phone ;-)) Same thing for fried amatriciana. Marinara, crispy but not overpowering... more tomato? More garlic? More oil? I honestly wasn't crazy about the porchetta. Freshly baked would definitely have been better. Prices are above average.

A pizzeria not for everyone, mainly aimed at adults, featuring unique and sophisticated toppings with hints of savory flavors suitable for those hungry and seeking bold flavors. The interior is charming, where you won't be ignored, and the exterior overlooks a small neighborhood park. The staff knows their stuff, with the counter staff present and attentive but always smiling. The pizza chef, spotted here, is also attentive to the counter and skilled. Supplì are fried on the spot with panko breading, which makes everything even better. Those who have been here will definitely return, and others will definitely try it.
