home cooking in the middle of Europe.

Thien Kim, a pure Vietnamese name. The restaurant is on the 2nd floor of a row of small retail shops on the lower floor. The entrance is modest but eye-catching, through the entrance is a “bamboo forest” road.
The dining space is quite large and airy. Traditional Vietnamese dishes: sweet pork ribs, beef and melon soup, omelette, boiled cabbage… ok delicious

Vietnamese rice restaurants are better than delicious rice restaurants in Vietnam. The owner is friendly and attentive to guests. During the EU trip, this Vietnamese food place was great - May 2, 2025.

Excellent Vietnamese restaurant. We have been coming to eat here for years and for us it represents a magical place, where we find exquisite food and a relaxing location. Vietnamese cuisine is made of fresh flavours, with aromatic herbs such as mint, coriander, chilli, here they are mixed and dosed very well. Restaurant serves authentic Vietnamese menu for tourist looking for traditional Viet food. Sour soup with fish/beef meat. Braised pork.. Commune stir-fried chicken. etc. Can cater for group tours. Call for reservations in advance.

Non avevo mai visitato questo locale, pur non distante da casa e nonostante avessi già apprezzato in Vietnam la cucina del paese. Nell'occasione, su suggerimento del gestore, abbiamo assaggiato diversi antipasti davvero molto saporiti da immergere in salsette altrettanto saporite. Abbiamo poi scelto altri piatti a base di carne, verdure e gamberetti e annaffiato il tutto con birra italiana.
Ambiente un po' freddo, fuori del salone principale, servizio piuttosto lento, cortesia, prezzi buoni. Niente confusione.
