As a regular, I can honestly say it's the best speakeasy in Rome! Not to mention the bartender, Michelangelo, who is charismatic, professional, and passionate. A quiet place with meticulous attention to detail, centrally located near the Colosseum.

It was an amazing experience. Felt like sitting in a different time. We loved the ambience. The drinks look exactly like the pictures. They tasted amazing. Truly an amazing experience :)

We had such a great night at The Race Club! The drinks were amazing, the atmosphere was super cool, and the whole place just had great energy. Our bartender Michelangelo made the night even better. He was so friendly, fun to talk to, and seriously knows how to make a great cocktail. By the end of the night, it felt like we were hanging out with friends instead of just being at a bar. Huge thanks to Michelangelo and the whole team—you made our night in Rome unforgettable. Can’t wait to come back!

15/07/2025: A place right in the city center, just steps from Piazza Venezia, super modern yet welcoming. We had spaghetti alla pescatora and amatriciana, both truly delicious. It was my boyfriend's and my anniversary, and they brought us a glass of prosecco as a good wish, super unexpected but very much appreciated. I will definitely be back. It's a peaceful haven in an often chaotic Rome.

25/05/2025: I went for lunch, I found the tuna tartare and the amberjack tartare excellent, the fried cod with a special sauce truly exquisite, ditto for the fried anchovies accompanied by their mayonnaise. I had the tuna ingot, cooked perfectly, crunchy on the outside and tender on the inside, while my companion tried the garlic and oil with pink shrimp tartare. Well, for the latter I have to say that we expected more reading the other reviews, in the sense that garlic, oil and chili pepper clearly prevailed over the flavor of the shrimp, making it therefore a good white pasta. The idea is good but I think that if you don't flavor the pasta with a sort of bisque the two flavors remain unconnected. Maybe this flavor is wanted this way, I don't know, I'm just saying my opinion on what I tasted and the flavor it left me with. I didn't try the tiramisu but they prepared it for me to take away, my companion ate it and said it was good. Overall a positive experience, very light fried food, fresh fish, and the potato chips were very welcome. We'll be back. Thanks
