Located in the village of Tivoli, it was a small discovery, although we often visit the town we had never been there and I must say we were satisfied. From the really good and substantial food in terms of quantity to the simple and friendly service. Update: it's like wine improves with time! This time too it didn't disappoint us, everything was delicious.

For couples, even on the busiest evenings, it is possible to maintain a pleasant intimacy, thanks to the careful arrangement of the tables and the respect that is felt between customers. Groups, on the other hand, find impeccable management, with staff always ready to satisfy every need, all without ever neglecting the details. In the period in which I frequented him, I never found a discordant or dissatisfied customer. This is thanks to a close-knit and passionate team, which transmits happiness and professionalism in everything it does. Particular praise goes to the new additions to the staff who have been able to fully embrace the style of the pub and integrate perfectly, making each visit exceptional. When I leave Tivoli, I will take with me the memories of Villa d'Este, Villa Gregoriana, the morning traffic and the Cotral, but the only place I will truly remember with regret will be The Public House.
