05/08/2025: The gelato is good, but not "out of this world." I ordered two gelato cups and paid €15 for them to go. For €15, you can get a homemade gelato and eat it sitting down. It seems excessive to me. I've had much better artisanal gelatos for a much lower price. I don't think I'd return. Response to the owner: I'd like to clarify that my review wasn't negative, but rather an observation: the gelato is good, but not exceptional, and for the price I paid (€15 for two to-go cups), I can find the same quality at other artisanal gelato shops, with a different experience—served at your table, perhaps in a glass cup, and not standing in the chaos of a shopping mall or on a bench. Your response, focusing on milk, cream, and homogenization, didn't address the main point and gave the impression that you don't accept any constructive feedback other than the entirely positive. I gave it 3 stars, not 1, precisely because I don't consider the product to be subpar. If you prefer reviews that limit themselves to personal praise for the staff ("the guy at the checkout is adorable and sweet") rather than assessments of the overall experience, that's your choice, but I believe reviews should be honest and helpful to the reader.
