I'm only giving four stars because the tartare wasn't up to par with the other meats but the beef carpaccio, the wagyu sashimi and the Australian wagyu black angus steak are recommended.

An experience that I always love to repeat. And it is never the same as the previous one. The Meat is constantly evolving. It always offers sensationally tasty new products without ever going overboard. With taste and class he manages to enchant everyone's palate. I'll be back. Il locale esteticamente è davvero bello: elegante, accogliente e con una cuna cura dei dettagli davvero eccezionale. La qualità del cibo è sicuramente buona (ripeto: buona) ma il problema sono i prezzi che davvero risultano fuori mercato. Ora, capisco che la materia prima abbia un costo non indifferente ma qui forse si è esagerato un po' troppo. Non per tutte le tasche e occhio al vino...rischi di lasciarci una fortuna se scegli male!

The location is nice, a little too dark but there are those who like it. Definitely very professional and elegant service. We took the burger experience, three small burgers with different toppings... rating 3/10 because you literally couldn't taste the toppings on top and they were completely tasteless, so it was a total fail (16 euros was truly an exaggerated price).
As the main course we took a fillet with porcini mushrooms, good I would give a 7 as a rating, and on the other hand a 300g fillet which was good but nothing special.
The seasonal vegetables taken alongside were good.
We bought some desserts, a very serious mistake because we hadn't even taken such a high price for desserts into consideration. A cheesecake that I swear was practically just cream 9 euros... guys it's okay that the place wants to be of a certain standard, the cover charge is 4 euros (you could bring a little extra bread for these 4 euros), a few are okay euros more on the dishes, I want to accept it but a dessert 9 euros and a caprese with an ice cream that they said was hazelnut but instead it was strawberry and I don't think these two ingredients are even from the same family, 10 euros... For me it's just one thing exaggerated.
And among other things it is not just an economic question because if one has to pay a lot, at least one must eat well.
Starter that tasted like nothing
Meat ok but nothing superlative that you can't find elsewhere
Extremely unsuccessful desserts (because even the caprese that you serve me hot loses all the goodness of the dessert)
then we can't say anything other than: completely wrong value for money for us.
However we will never go back again obviously

We arrived at this grill restaurant by chance and were deeply impressed by the quality of the meat!
Good starters, the carpaccio with truffle perlage and white truffle from Alba was fantastic.
The meat, cooked to perfection, had great flavor.
The service is precise and friendly, the environment is very welcoming and there is the possibility of sitting on the upper floor if you are looking for a little more privacy!
