I went last night to eat a sandwich with some friends, first time in this place, attracted by the good reviews. We liked the idea that the burgers were paired with chips but I think you can also order just the burger (I saw it arrive at another table). The ingredients and selection were good, we were all pleasantly impressed by the flavours. The only complaint is the service, everyone was kind and affable, just a little slow when ordering. Recommended 👍🏻

Locale bellissimo, particolare, luminoso, accogliente, personale giovane, gentili, cortesi, simpatici, veloci nel servire. Panini eccezionali, con prodotti freschi e di qualità. Patine anch'esse particolari ed Ottime. Vasta gamma di bevande. Dolci strepitosi. Vasta gamma anche di bevande. Consiglio assolutamente da provare. Complimenti a tutto lo staff del The Factory!!!

I live in the area and have been frequenting this pub occasionally for several years. I have always appreciated the warm and welcoming atmosphere, as well as the selection of beers on tap. For the first time today I tried the burger (the option with guacamole) and the chips and unfortunately I found them both very disappointing. The guacamole was very acidic, the hamburger cold and poorly cooked, the salad, bacon and tomatoes stale and tasteless. The chips were soaked in oil and completely inedible, I had to leave them on the plate. Sin. However, I would recommend it for after dinner.

22/03/2025: Well what can I say!! Exceptional products!!! Describing the individual products is useless, whatever you take is truly extraordinary, and we have eaten a lot of things! The lightness of the dough is what strikes you the most! Everything we have taken has really nothing to complain about!!! If you come here, don't do it for the usual croissant and cappuccino breakfast, do it with the desire to taste and enjoy as many things as possible! It's not exactly the best way to save money, but from the kind service, to the elegance of the place, to the goodness of the yeasts, well, you won't regret it!! Really a lot of stuff!! Promoted with full marks!!
18/03/2025: It has changed its name but the pastry shop is still sublime even after 28 years.

06/04/2025: We had an excellent Tuscan meal with the best waiter ever, veteran Massimo who presented our food and drinks with a flourish. We saw some negative reviews of the service so wanted to share our good experience. The food was also excellent, and the veal fillet was very generous with a tasty sauce. Great meal all around!
05/04/2025: Special evening also thanks to the venue. Large private room, which allowed us to organize a dinner and be together after many years. Exceptional kindness and service, excellent food. Thank you all!
