Highly recommended pub, good food and excellent, truly excellent beer. The lady who recommended beers to match the dishes and our tastes was very kind.

Excellent food, made with refined ingredients, and a wide selection of very unique beers. The place is well-kept and gives off a "homey" feeling, with always music playing in the background that's never intrusive, and excellent service. I highly recommend it.

A nice place with good beer and good food. The lady is friendly and knows how to recommend good food/beer pairings. I gave the food 4 stars because, for my taste, I would have preferred the dishes to be a little warmer (I don't like cold food, even in the summer) and the atmosphere because, although quaint, I would prefer slightly more subdued lighting, just to recreate the English pub atmosphere that the place is inspired by. In any case, I highly recommend it.

28/11/2025: Best Cannolo of my life. This is a family run place, and everybody really cares about your experience. They told me they bought the cheese from one specific farmer, Daly. And then they added the sugar, and whipped it, made the shells for the cannoli, and then they sprinkle one end in bitter chocolate, and the other end in pistachio. Absolutely the best of my life. I had the pasta with lobster. Completely fresh. It came off the, “specials of the day,“ menu. Every course was better than MY mamma ever made…not saying much. Lol. But totally dedicated service and great food. The location is just putside of Porta Messina - almost right across the street from the taxi stand. We spent four days in Taormina, and had some great food. But this place was top of the top. Too bad we didn’t discover it until our last day!
26/11/2025: Ate here on the 25th for my birthday. We stopped by the night before to reserve a table. When we arrived the staff was very professional and friendly. We shared the pulpo and potato salad - delicious. My wife had grilled sea bass and I had macaroni Norma. Both were great. They comped desert, pann cotra with a candle, and 2 glasses of proseco. It was a fabulous birthday meal.

30/08/2025: Our first time here, not just for dinner, for pizza. Excellent and still reasonably priced... but also to visit the spectacular replica statue of Christ the Redeemer in Rio de Janeiro. This one is 28 meters tall. It's owned by Mr. Pasqualino. An exceptional person. We'll also try the agriturismo menu, which is currently closed. We recommend calling to check opening hours.
02/08/2025: ....yes yes...very fast waiters, welcoming atmosphere...just like in the 80s....and then the special fish!!
