The Butcher Shop In Roma

We stopped for a sandwich after an evening with friends. They give you a sheet where you can choose the size of the meat, the type and make it as you want without surcharge for additional ingredients. Prices range from 130g to 6 euros and up. The service is fast and the staff are welcoming. I took a 300g sandwich (10€) of veal with aubergines, friggitello, provola and very good mayo. Total for two 27 for two sandwiches, a portion of chips, a ceres and a water. The meat is displayed on the counter near the cash register.

This place next to the metro station is a real surprise. Few seats, you order the hamburger choosing how to compose it, weight and ingredients. The bread was very good. The prices are more than good. We also got a juicy and tasty steak.

A...butcher's shop but with a chef. The staff is always friendly and helpful. And a hamburger with freshly minced meat... makes the difference!
