The Bridge 1754 In Trieste

We wanted a place where we could sit down, have a drink with starters and enjoy the nice view of the canal. THIS was an excellent choice as they had a huge menu of what I call “Trieste tapas”, the one with truffle is a MUST! This is a very good option if you want to eat something nice, quick and good chat with low music. The menu is extensive! So there are plenty options of wine and food to stay for a long time.

Very welcoming atmosphere, excellent service. A friend and I came for an aperitif and ended up staying for dinner. The waiters, Fiumicino and Vincenza, were very helpful. We'll definitely be back!

Great bar with good Aperol and fantastic rolls, which aren't exactly cheap, but absolutely delicious. Attentive staff. The view and the atmosphere are very pleasant in the evening when the weather is mild.

Excellent place, very clean and welcoming, the staff was very friendly. There were four of us, we drank aperitifs and ate excellent cicchetti. A must try.

Every time I pass through Trieste, I always stop here for a drink and some cicchetti. Today we had two truly excellent dishes.

Nice place to have coffee and breakfast by the Canale Grande in Trieste. Coffee is good, breakfast is the classic Italian style, simple but tasty. The waiters are polite and kind, but you will need a bit of creativity and hand gestures to make the English part work 😄
