The atmosphere is welcoming and quaint. Both the sandwiches and the dishes were excellent, and the beers are good. In the summer, you can also eat outside.

While in Civitavecchia Italy before or cruise the next day. We decided to wander around and stumbled upon this wonderful Irish Pub, The Black Lodge. It was a wonderful experience and added to an already great day. They have lots of spirits available for shots and of course lots of wonderful beers to try. (If only we had the time to experience them all) The owner greeted us and was so friendly and inviting it made our short stay really enjoyable. I would highly recommend you stopping by this wonderful Irish Pub, The Black Lodge, located in Civitavecchia, Italy. Paul and Andrea Canada 🇨🇦

Absolutely wonderful! A great, quaint Irish Pub in Civitavecchia, Italy 🇮🇹! I went for the Guinness and stayed for the Owner's kindness. Definitely a pub I'd return to time and again!

What I can say, however, is that I felt genuine admiration for the welcome extended to my family. It was authentic, generous, and offered with absolutely nothing expected in return. 23/08/2025: Good service and food. ‼️Please be aware that the meat price mentioned is gramms. For example you might see 8€ for meat/100g. So you might have a suprise when recieving the check, if your meat was big. We paid 24€ for 300g meat. It was tasty, still confusing, because there is no english menu version. (L’etto=100g)
22/08/2025: Good food, excellent service, a little pricey but sometimes it's okay.
