Very good pizza by the slice, with a wide variety of flavors to choose from. Top-notch ingredients. Takeout or dine-in options are also available. Parking is available in the courtyard. After dinner, we took half a pan of pizza home to eat the next day. Reheated in the oven and gone, it was excellent the next day too, with a nice load of mozzarella! TOP!!!

Stopped for a quick lunch and was happily surprised by absolutely delicious Italian food! The quality was superb and the price was fair. Finding a gem like this on the road is always a win. Highly recommend this spot—lots of great options.

28/04/2025: Tornati al Crotto Valdurino dopo circa un anno. Anche questa volta trovati benissimo. Pranzato fuori, vista davvero suggestiva sul lago e sul panorama. Piatti davvero ottimi, risotto al persico spettacolare, probabilmente il migliore mangiato in zona (e anche il meno caro). Secondo lavarello burro e salvia, dolce e del vino della casa non male. Personale giovane davvero gentile, disponibile e accogliente. Conto finale onestissimo, considerando dove ci troviamo. Ci torneremo il prima possibile.
25/04/2025: Una meraviglia di scoperta. Non facilmente parcheggiabile ( strada stretta...piuttosto lasciare la macchina in "alto"). Ci si arriva con una strada in discesa e si "sale" lungo una scala....ma la scoperta ne vale la pena. I ragazzi proprietari ( credo) e camerieri sono professionali, sorridenti e in gamba. Locale storico e pieno di elementi vecchi( un gran bel camino, mobili vecchi, telefoni di una volta, una vecchia singer...) che nel totale stanno bene insieme. Menu tipico locale , piatti molto buoni, curati e semplici. Prezzi adeguatissimi alla qualità. Bravi, ragazzi!! P.s. Provate il loro digestivo al basilico: è ottimo!

17/11/2025: A big heartfelt thank you to Adriano for helping us recover our beloved pink bear. He found it, arranged registered mail to send it back to us, and patiently answered all our questions during the 3-week wait. His kindness, care, and dedication truly touched us. We are deeply grateful for everything he has done. In addition, the owner, Andre always make us feel welcome throughout our stay. Breakfast and coffee are the best we have tasted in Como.
16/10/2025: Very pleasant hotel staff. They speak excellent French. The location, close to the lake and the Bellagio pier, is truly excellent. However, be sure to bring earplugs for the traffic that passes right outside the windows. The decor is still in the 1970s, and the rooms are very disparate but very clean. The breakfast is very generous and plentiful.
