Stopped in walking back from seeing the Trevi Fountain. We lucked out that a table opened up at that moment, the place was packed. The service was friendly and efficient. We loved our pizzas and pasta but didn't care for the signature cocktails (should've gotten the wine!). Recommend stopping in if you're in the area!

All the food we had was superb, service was excellent. Very attentive waiters, very quick at getting food out and the food was superb quality. Would highly recommend.

A recommended restaurant, we discovered it last night right across from our hotel. There was a bit of a line at the entrance but we got in pretty quickly. We ordered a Margherita pizza and truffle pasta which were excellent. Good and courteous service. Delicious dishes and a reasonable price. Highly recommend

We’ve all had carbonara before and it’s normally pretty nice but believe me good people that this carbonara is absolutely like nothing you’ve had before. It is superb! The place itself is in a very touristy area, just up from the Trevi Fountain and is unsurprisingly very busy, but this restaurant is busy not because of its location but its quality of food, service and ambience. Give it a go, you will not be disappointed!

In Rome with family and stumbled across this wee gem. A stones throw from the Trevi Fountain, this small restaurant has a superb ambience with super food. We ate here multiple times and sampled most dishes from Octopus, Seabass, Pizza but the great favourite was the homemade Lasagne with the Foccacia. Superb wine and excellent waiters. Well worth a visit or two 😁

17/10/2025: If you're looking for a carbonara that exudes tradition and captivates you from the first bite, Tiberino is the place to be. The egg custard is perfect, the bacon is perfectly crispy, and every bite is a small act of love for Rome.

Antica Trattoria al Gallinaccio

22/10/2025: Our visit to Antica Trattoria Al Gallinaccio started out a little bit rocky, as we arrived a few minutes prior to our reservation at 7:30 and we didn't get seated until after 8pm. I did notice they had a large group of 10 that may have thrown off their schedule. However, once we were seated the magic began. This place feels quite like an authentic Roman neighborhood trattoria, and the food was fantastic. My rigatoni alla gricia con carciofi was the best thing I ate in Rome that wasn't gelato. We'll definitely be back on our next trip through.
20/10/2025: In certain areas of Rome, you have to be wary of tourist traps. This place is an oasis in the desert. Warm hospitality and authentic food. A focaccia to share at the start of the meal and a gricia are all you need to know. Very fair prices considering this area of ​​Rome.
