Teste Matte In Anzio

Supper was amazing!! We loved all the flavours and how fresh our food was.

I've been in a lot of burger joints in the States. In comparison, Teste Matte is right at the top. I would probably rate them an 8/10. Definitely high quality ingredients and everything is fresh. And of course a vast selection of different types of sandwiches. The french fries (patate fritte) were definitely on point. Hot and crispy. Here they treat the fries as a starter, which was fine for us. But if you are used to eating your fries with your burger, make sure you tell the wait staff to bring them both out at the same time. Not sure what the hours are, as they are not published (and I didn't notice a sign), but we showed up at around 19:30 (7:30 PM) on a Wednesday and they were just opening up. It appears they are closed on Tuesdays.

The food is excellent and there's everything you need. The service is impeccable! All the staff are very kind, attentive, and helpful. The space is small but well-kept, quiet, and spotlessly clean.
