Terrazza 21 offre una bellissima vista mare. L’ambiente è curato e molto pulito ( servizi compresi). Le materie prime utilizzate sono fresche e di qualità, certo, dovete mettere in conto di spendere a testa (prendendo almeno un primo, un secondo e il vino ) almeno 40€ e di non consumare portate abbondanti. Viene più considerata la qualità che la quantità, ma questo fa spesso parte di questi ristoranti con cucina gourmet. Molto buoni i dolci.

Il locale è collocato all'interno dell'hotel Premuda su una bella terrazza sul mare , ma è indipendente dall'albergo. Menù vari di mare che accoppiano tradizione e un tocco di innovazione. Abbiamo in definitiva cenato molto bene apprezzando tutti i piatti, con una menzione speciale ai dessert che ci dicono frutto di una promettente pastry chef. Servizio buono , qualche imprecisione qua e la ma il locale promette bene al top della ristorazione (piuttosto povera) locale, rapporto qualità prezzo nella norma. Consigliato.

24/08/2024: Every summer the Vittoria restaurant is a fixed stop. Excellent dishes, excellent service and prices appropriate to the quality and quantity of the food. The last time we went we had a raw mix as a starter followed by a tagliolini with lobster and a mixed fried dish, three excellent dishes, both in presentation and in the quality chosen for the raw materials. I remember the staff as kind and knowledgeable and we felt welcomed and pampered right up to the coffee. We always have a great time and will definitely continue to come back. Regardless of what the miserable negative reviews say, as far as I'm concerned, the Vittoria restaurant remains a 5-star experience.
