Clean and elegant place. It is located near the Castello del Buon Consiglio, inside a small park. Land, sea and typical Trentino menu. Good quality cuisine; attentive and punctual service. It is recommended

A well-kept and very clean place, it stands out for the very high quality of the raw materials. The fish-based dishes (always very fresh) are something simply experiential. Remarkable are the raw fish, the tartare, the seafood symphony, the paccheri with seafood and the catch of the day; in any case, each course is a guarantee of excellence. The wine list is excellent and the staff's ability to direct the customer towards the most suitable choice for what was ordered. A further positive note is the absolutely accessible prices compared to the proposed offer. Highly recommended.

Excellent place and attentive and courteous staff. Beautiful welcoming room. I recommend the truly refined and excellent fish dishes. Congratulations to the owners. We will be back.

Che bel posto... romantico per di più. Ottimo per coppie... Noi lo avevamo anche scelto per pranzo di matrimonio ma poi ci siamo trasferiti di città e quindi ci è rimasto sempre il tarlo di apprezzare le loro prelibatezze. Così in una calda serata di agosto (2024) ci siamo accomodati nel giardino esterno. Tutto ottimo e il personale super super simpatico. Da tornarci sicuramente.

Quando posso, in famiglia o per lavoro, vado volentieri in questo ristorante di pesce. Sono ormai alcuni anni che frequento questo locale e devo dire che ho sempre riscontrato gentilezza e professionalità. I piatti sono di assoluto livello e la gentilezza è di casa. La pasta col pescato del giorno è uno dei miei piatti preferiti; la lista dei vini è molto variegata e di qualità. Che dire, alla prossima!

Ristorante Everest

26/01/2025: Let me start by saying that I stayed at the Garnì Villa Fontana and we had a great time, top welcome. Today at check out we asked to leave our bags at Everest and then leave in the afternoon. There is no real storage room, more a room where you can leave your luggage. The receptionist kindly accompanied me and stayed until I left so I believed, although it was clear that it was not guarded, that there was a minimum of attention paid to it. Unfortunately, when we were picking up our bags, we noticed that someone had actually looked through our things and stolen a pair of high-value Sony wireless headphones. We communicated it but the situation was so clear that we didn't demand anything, we shouldn't have left our things there. A kindness turned into a misadventure. The only advice I can give is to indicate to guests a paid deposit in the city to avoid incurring these unpleasant inconveniences, considering the lack of safekeeping of objects especially on high season days... see you next time!
