Terracotta Food Space In Mesagne

Nice idea, perhaps overkill to have EVERYTHING potato-based, for example in the appetizers. A little variety would help. It's not exactly ideal to have potatoes as an appetizer and potatoes as a main course (they'd definitely sell more of them in the appetizers, a sales tip). Otherwise, very good, a menu with plenty of choices, the potato fillings are really good. I'd gladly return, especially considering the prices.

The food is very good and original, great value for money, but the wait for the dishes was a bit long.

I've been coming to Salento on vacation for a long time, and I always stop by to eat their delicious roast potatoes with excellent accompaniments. The waiters are polite and good. I also really like the location.

A different kind of dinner. The potatoes are very good. There's so much to choose from. It's hard to eat more than one portion because it's so much. Friendly service. The location (in the square) is very beautiful.

We went last night on the recommendation of a lady from Como, gentlemen, when genius becomes a restaurant. Let's start with the fact that I'm essentially a chef for a living, and in my opinion, these guys have invented a Mesagne format that, if replicated in New York, where it probably already exists, would be a 10/10 success. The place where you'll be eating is a small Apulian-style piazza surrounded by all the other little restaurants (fantastic). The guys who served us with Michelin-starred politeness, addressing us formally. (We four Romans on vacation, not exactly boors, but we were there to have a good time and have fun, so a bit of laughter and noise.) But they were truly exemplary... The owner, who I believe is the blonde girl with the kind, clean-shaven brown-haired guy. Mesagne, besides being a remote place in Puglia that's absolutely worth visiting for its history and architecture, is an absolute culinary stop to eat at these guys' place. 100 stars aren't enough.

Excellent potatoes for all tastes. Friendly and welcoming staff. I come back often and the quality is always excellent.

To avoid always eating the same things, we chose to change, and what can I say? We were satisfied with our choice, we enjoyed what we had chosen from the menu... we will return as soon as possible!
