Delicious local produce. Small but cozy place.

I'd known this place since high school—so many tests I'd had with the teachers there! After years, I returned to this bar to try the granitas, which I'd heard great things about. The first time I tried them, I chose the mango one, but then, curious to try a new flavor, I returned. And I have to say, they're truly worth it: not only are they delicious, but they also offer unique flavors you can't find anywhere else, like Ricotta, Rame di Napoli, Mango, Biscotto Nzuddi, and many others.

The granita is truly delicious, with flavors that always reflect the seasons (fresh fruit), as well as the ever-present Mennula and ricotta. The place is quiet, with a small, typical Sicilian "curtigghio" (a typical Sicilian snack bar) surrounded by flowers and plants. A lovely atmosphere. The staff is welcoming and friendly, everyone is kind despite the rush of people coming and going, which can be stressful. In fact, the place is always busy, and the only flaw is the limited seating, which makes it difficult for the staff to manage during peak hours. But they always manage to satisfy everyone. In fact, they've opened another location in Catania, given its great success. Besides the granitas, they also have excellent food, with a varied menu, fresh ingredients, and seasonal dishes. They also offer many vegan and vegetarian options, which they currently serve. I highly recommend it!

The products are top-quality, all organic and locally sourced. The granitas deserve a special mention, they're truly delicious: fresh, creamy, and rich in flavor, among the best I've ever had. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to eat well and enjoy a moment of true indulgence.

Best granita ever with rotating flavors! Get the mango, fig, pistachio, cantaloupe. Please continue to make vegan brioche and vegan cornetto. Both are not always available.

Excellent granita, one of the best in the area

Breakfast at Terra al Quadrato this morning. Excellent granita, good brioche. Unfortunately, only four flavors, two of which sold out during the opening. Cream available after 11:00. Good service, and overall easy parking, even though it's on a driveway on both sides. Well-made and with easily recognizable ingredients, such as the toasted almond and pistachio granita, which is DOP. I would recommend more variety in flavors and more generous portions, especially given the large influx of customers.
