Catering professionals, long-experienced bakers... congratulations to all the staff.

Bakery located in a very busy main street of the town. Possibility of short-term parking along the same street. The place is not very large inside but still well arranged and looked after. Bread, taken as the "Aragonese" type, very good. It is a bread made from durum wheat semolina (they say local) with a long leavening by crescent or "crescente" instead of yeast. I reserve the right to add more the next time I return.
