25/01/2025: A unique gastronomic experience! We had the pleasure of dining in this restaurant for two consecutive evenings and were enchanted by the quality and authenticity of the dishes offered. Being a Slow Food presidium, expectations were high, but they were greatly exceeded. The menu is a journey through the flavors of the territory, with ingredients of the highest quality, fresh and carefully selected. Each course tells a story, from tradition to the valorization of local products. On both evenings we tried different dishes, and each one was an explosion of taste and harmony. Special mention to the dishes based on typical products and the recipes revisited with a touch of creativity, simply unforgettable! The atmosphere is welcoming and refined, perfect for enjoying a peaceful dinner. The owner Gino is an exquisite and friendly person, attentive and knowledgeable, always ready to explain the origin of the ingredients and the philosophy behind each dish. It is rare to find a restaurant that manages to combine tradition and innovation so well, offering an experience that goes beyond the simple meal. If you love good food and share Slow Food values, this place is a real gem. We can't wait to return!

My wife and I were involved in a joyful and evocative journey of flavors through delicious combinations and a skilful valorisation of high quality raw materials. All in a wonderful location restored with taste and attention. The really interesting Orto appetizer is worth trying. Thank you for a lovely evening and congratulations!!
