Tra le vette del mio paese natale (Tolve, Pz) ho visto nascere e fiorire questo locale incantevole, gestito, oserei dire “accudito”da due persone eccezionali come lo chef Tonio Bochicchio e il maitre Donato Infantino. Da qualche anno vivo ormai a Roma per lavoro e al rientro non manca mai la sosta alla Tenuta! Lo consiglio vivamente, per la cordialità, la qualità del cibo, la numerosa scelta della cantina e dei distillati, le proposte numerose del menù ma sopratutto, non scontato, dal servizio e dalle “coccole” del personale di sala. La tenuta Bochicchio è casa,PER TUTTI
