High minded, high priced, high pride, low execution pseudo-creativity lacking fresh storage of fish. "Low temperature" (is that millennial speak for sous vide, or for braised, or for crudo?) red mullet with dark-colored but not-olive-tasting "sand" or "dust" or some such was amazingly bland, mushy, and uninteresting, but it did come with a soggy stale tuile-thing remiscent of coral in this former "Sicilian city of coral." Cous cous was rich and pleasant pasta and came with a joyful celery leaf, but the fish again was soft, mushy, and bland, and accompanied by mixed fried shrimp and calamari, what? Seed coated stewed fish chunks were weird. Beautiful tablecloth, heavy silverware, quiet outdoor seating in this side street. Water was appropriately bubbly, rosato wine was cold. Several repeating trips to the bathroom later that night nailed the decision to not make a return trip here.

Location in the heart of the historic center of Trapani, refined with a very suggestive internal room, presence of pleasant lounge music. Excellent service with competent and kind staff, excellent quality of raw materials, we really ate very well and will certainly return, also to try the other first courses which looked really inviting. Even the bathrooms, very clean, hygiene really comes first. The only flaw, I must say, is the absence of the receipt, having paid in cash.

An elegant, refined, very clean restaurant in the center of Trapani. I ate Busiata alla trapanese for the first time and I fell in love with it. I highly recommend it

Este es un restaurante muy agradable con un servicio muy atento, situado en una calle tranquila en Trapani. Sirven la gama habitual de platos de pasta y tienen una amplia gama de pescado. Disfruté del plato local de pasta de sardinas y una excelente ensalada. No es el restaurante más barato de la ciudad, pero tuvimos una muy buena noche allí.

Very good cuisine that revisits seafood. The service is attentive and smiling. Their terrace is in the quiet alley which adds a certain charm. Their menu in French is a real plus.

I travel with family and friends... for lunch in the alleys of the historic center we found this very elegant restaurant inside and with some tables on the street. We decided to eat outside due to the pleasant weather. Platter of appetizers (cold cuts, cheeses, honey, jam and more) plentiful and sufficient for 2 people; busiate alla trapanese delicious to lick the plate. Around 25 euros per person. Right choice and satisfied.

Super-impressed by quality of the service. Add this to the quieter street setting plus the yummy local specialities all makes for a great dining experience. We went back.
