28/03/2026: A fantastic discovery! Having always loved Thai culture and cuisine, we found it in Alassio, with a chef who's truly from northern Thailand! Alfio (the owner) is an extraordinary person, with his sensitivity, honesty, and the love he puts into his work! Congratulations!
