08/05/2025: 🍳 Pastrocchio Riccione – A creative place with some discordant notes
Pastrocchio Riccione is one of those places that are striking from the outside: bright colours, modern furnishings, a young atmosphere and a proposal that accompanies the whole day - from breakfast to dinner 🍽️🌟.
The real highlight, for me, remains the desserts: always beautiful, fresh and truly delicious 🍰✨. Every time I have taken them I have been satisfied, both for the taste and for the careful presentation.
Among the brunch options, I also tried the pancakes: good, soft, they're not the best, but they're okay 🥞😊. It's not easy to find decent pancakes in Italian places, so that's already a positive point!
However, there are some aspects that could improve.
The coffee, despite being from the Pascucci brand, is not entirely convincing ☕️. It almost seems watered down or poorly calibrated, and has left me perplexed on more than one occasion.
It also happened that the brunch bacon was completely burnt 🥓🔥, although other times it went better. Let's say that quality is not always constant.
The service, while friendly, is often rushed and impersonal. Sometimes the waiter doesn't even look at your face, which gives you a slightly cold feeling. It's not about rudeness, but it lacks that human and welcoming touch that would make the meal more pleasant 👀🍽️
Despite everything, the experience remains positive, especially for those who want a modern brunch or a rich breakfast in a lively and well-kept environment.
