We ate here on a Saturday for lunch because it was one of the few places without huge lines at the entrance, and we were so surprised! Maybe it's not very well-known yet, which is why it wasn't crowded, but I highly recommend it. We had a centerpiece appetizer and various first courses (ravioli with butter and sage, tagliatelle with ragù, gnocchi with provola and speck, and spaghetti with truffle and sausage sauce), all very, very good! The service was also super attentive and courteous. We paid an average of €25 per person, so I'd say it's super fair. I recommend it!! 👌🏻

We ate at this lovely place just steps from the center. The staff was very friendly and the food was excellent. The experience of assembling the platter, cutting the meat and seasoning it with oil, salt, and pepper right at the table, in front of the guests, was truly enjoyable. Highly recommended.

The meal was enjoyable, but it's a shame the waiter complained when we asked for more Parmigiano... Apart from that minor point, it's a really nice and cozy taverna.

This is a great place to try the Florentine specialty, Bistecca alla fiorentina, as it offers a set menu at an affordable price: bruschetta as a starter, T-bone steak (900g) with roast potatoes, and a small dessert. The service is good, and the staff allows ample time between courses to savor the moment in a pleasant, retro setting.

Adequate. The service was decent and ambiance was pleasant (though this was quite late for lunch, so may not be usual), but the food was quite pricy relative to the quantity, and the 'Tuscany boar' was just minced beef.

Tavernetta Della Signoria Via Dei Neri 57/R Firenze My daughter and I found this hidden gem while walking around Florence today.From the moment we met Giovanna standing outside and explaining the menu we knew we were going to have dinner there that night . We can highly recommend the Florentine Steak for 2 which came with chips. However we started with 5 bruschetta with different toppings which was so tasty. Then came the steak to share. We also bought a side Greek salad. Then we finished off with dessert . The bruschetta , steak and chips, finishing off with dessert Tirramisu came too Euros 55.00 for 2 people. Additionally I am allergic to chocolate so could not eat the dessert but Giavanna brought me a panna cotta instead which was lovely and thoughtful. Best meal and value for money since being in Italy. A big shout out to the staff who were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The size of the meal and freshness showed the generosity of spirit we have come to love about Italian culture. Highly recommend this restaurant! Definitely coming back!🥰

Great option for Florentine-style ribs at a fair price! No tourist traps. We ordered the option for 2 people for 55 euros, which includes an appetizer, the ribs with roasted potatoes, and the house dessert. Excellent price and very good food, worth it!
