The meat cooked on the grill and the platter of croutons were good, even if a little poor... melted tiramisu a little disappointing... overall a pleasant experience

It may be preferred if you are very hungry in this region. Pasta wasn't bad. Pizzas were bad.

Just arrived in Florence this afternoon. After walking around, a gel-lotto, I passed by and the hostess smiled a welcoming smile asking if I wanted to try the steak in the window. The answer was yes, I wanted to try the steak the town was known for. My experience has been perfect for me. Chianti, roasted vegetables, spinach made me quiver and steak you have to try. I can’t believe how delicious this food is. Giovanna has worked here 20 years. I don’t speak Italian and she welcomed and assisted me through my exhaustion and disorientation. I recommend for those who love food and experience combined. Perfection!

Ok so we ate here the other night but after eating at another restaurant which was terrible I am compelled to leave a review for here. We arrived very early .... 5pm so not really actual dinner time but they accommodated...took a little longer but it was very quiet. We decided on ordering the shared steak for two for 55E and a risotto. For the combo platter we got a bread platter with various toppings (very good), a cheese and meat platter then the steak. It was cooked perfectly to medium rare and virtually NO gristle....I CAN ATTEST from tonight's experience this is a very good value and good food. The risotto was good to. Then top cap it off the platter came with dessert. All in all I feel this place is a solid choice for good food at excellent value. Sorry didn't take photos

From the welcome greeting at the door to the owner settling the bill, the service was very friendly and welcoming. The food was great and good value too.
