Authentic taverna not far away from the city center. This place used to be restaurant & pizzeria but the owner has recently decided to turn the pizzeria into a churrascaria, to provide an alternative to the several pizzerias opened in the surrounding area in the past years.
We (a table of 4) decided to go for a shared picanha plus sides and wine. Everything was delicious! The meat comes with a hot plate in case you wish to cook the meat a bit longer.
Overall, great service, great food for a fair price. Recommended!

Beautiful Rustic place as it should be for a meat restaurant. Exceptional quality meat, exquisite of every kind. We tried the ASADO of cow: very tasty, very tender, spectacular! Qualified, very kind and friendly staff. It is not the first time we go there. We are a couple from Foggia and we often come to Pompeii to relax and therefore also to eat well.

Truly a remarkable experience. The churrasco was simply excellent with a great marinade that gives a rich flavor.
The environment was no exception. The place is well-kept and the rustic atmosphere creates a welcoming and relaxing environment, ideal for an evening with friends. Finally, the attentive staff helped make the experience even more pleasant, proving to be attentive and helpful. In short, a place that I highly recommend to meat lovers and those looking for a quality culinary experience in a pleasant environment.

Typical and very pleasant environment! Excellent service with very kind and friendly staff. ALL excellent quality food. We will definitely return in winter, as suggested by the sweet and cute waitress, to enjoy the friarelli at its best!

Ogni volta che ho yums da spendere succede qualcosa di strano e taverna 49 mi ha confermato piccolo tagliere di formaggi cannolo di melanzane 2 porzioni di friarielli 1 tagliata di manzo 1 bottiglia di acqua 1 bottiglia di Gragnano 95 euro
