Piacevolissima scoperta, in un locale che strizza l'occhio al passato, ma offre piatti della tradizione con impiattamenti innovativi più un'ottima selezione di carni. Sicuramente ci torneremo. Unico, piccolissimo neo al pranzo domenicale, i secondi piatti non sono arrivati in contemporanea e sono rimasto a guardare mentre la mia ragazza mangiava. Aspettarmi non avrebbe potuto, si sarebbe raffreddata la carne.

Locale trovato grazie ad una ricerca online. Ordinati 2 primi classici della tradizione partenopea. Pasta e patate, buon piatto saporito, ben servita in una grattugia pittoresca; così come la pasta alla genovese, servita in una piccola pentola, peccato che la carne fosse dura. Vera prelibatezza è stata la tagliata servita su piatto di ghisa al tavolo. Un'esplosione di bontà. Prezzi nella media e personale molto educato.

If you are in Pompeii it is impossible not to stop here. What can I say? Exquisite place in every detail, very professional staff and a wonderful typical Neapolitan environment. Food? Excellent. Pasta and potatoes with provola and Scarperiello are out of this world. We left from Benevento but it was really worth it! We will return in December with the naughty tombola.

Very nice place, it feels like spending a Sunday with the family. The food was excellent, especially the meat, cured meats and cheeses, all of high quality. The staff was very friendly, helpful and fun. I will definitely be back... Top!!

Characteristic place just like the preparation of their dishes (Genoese and tiramisu) Must try the meat, really excellent! Friendly staff and fast service.

The food was delicious from starters to desserts. We took a platter of mixed cured meats, a cut of meat, a pizza with mushrooms and finally a single-portion cheesecake and a crème brûlé. I booked with The Fork but they don't offer discounts on drinks or pizzas and we only got €22 discount but it was a fantastic experience. They make you sit down with the breadsticks ready at the table, they bring you the perfect pairing for each dish and, as often in taverns, the staff are very friendly. I loved the typical classic space of a tavern, except that, the only flaw, it was terribly hot. Their main dishes are grilled meat and now it's the height of summer so I understand that it's hot but there was neither ventilation nor air conditioning, which left me feeling a little suffocated all the time. The small but well-kept bathroom, even with a small mechanism in case of emergency.

Nice restaurant in the middle of nowhere, easy to miss it, but it’s worth visiting. Pizzas were great 👍
