Cool place even in August. A cave inside, possibility of eating inside and outside. Carefully furnished, rustic but elegant and refined atmosphere. All delicious, flavors belonging to the Neapolitan tradition, fresh and genuine ingredients, accurate and pleasant plating. The appetizer is half the battle, very rich, tasty and varied. Warm, friendly service that brings good humor and joy. It values ​​the country and I highly recommend it!

We went there for lunch and then returned on August 15th, the place is characteristic and very fresh, it is located in the historic center and it feels like being inside a cave, it is so fresh. The food is delicious and never predictable, their starters are the bomb!!!! The price is right for what you eat. Truly recommended

What an absolutely amazing place. I stumbled across this restaurant while wandering around the town with my partner, and just by looking in the front door we knew we had to book! We ended up going with the full family, and even though the owner Romeo spoke no English, he was so attentive and patient. The menu was described in detail, and Romeo made it easy for us to know what we were getting. The antipasti was PERFECT, and really showcased the best of what Napoli and the rest of rural Italy has to offer. Primi included the best pasta I've ever had, and the dolci menu was simply "tiramisu", but did NOT disappoint. The most creamy and light tiramisu I've ever had. For a party of 5 (plus a child) we paid just over 200 euros, and had the most amazing experience. One of the locals who spoke English even gave us a tour of the lower caves, what an amazing way to show off your premises! You MUST go here if you're staying around Palombara or Tivoli. I'd recommend taking cash, as the card machine can sometimes have issues, but it's a very minor point.

I went to this restaurant by chance with my boyfriend, we were welcomed by Romeo the owner and we immediately felt at home, his passion overwhelmed us and his professionalism and kindness accompanied us together with the good food. The dishes were all of excellent quality, perfectly related to the price but above all, all genuine and good products! The well-kept and particular environment, in a second you are in the castle of Palombara. Thank you Romeo for this evening! We will be back very soon to try new dishes Alessandro and Noemi

Very personal welcome. Unique setting in which we received a nice tour. The rocks that are part of the restaurant provide natural cooling. The food was delicious! Definitely worth a detour.
