A fine, elegant place with excellent food. I add, referring to those who don't like it or those who get up and leave, with the excuse of having gone to the wrong place: go to other places that suit you, it's better! EXCELLENT walled octopus!!! !! I confirm everything, returned on September 24, EVERYTHING EXCELLENT!

Typical cuisine with a menu with lots of choice, excellent dishes, flavors still stuck in my palate with a lot of enjoyment, certainly every time I return to Maratea it will be my and only restaurant without taking anything away from anyone but the food and also enjoyment and I tonight thanks to the Rovita tavern I enjoyed the place very much, it was beautiful, very particular, clean and tidy, the staff was kind and helpful and above all Mariastella who is the owner does everything with love and professionalism ♥️

Maratea, accogliente non solo per la strategica posizione geografica ma anche per la cucina non solo raffinata ma anche prettamente lucana.

The place was welcoming, with the exception of the bathroom which I found narrow and not very accessible to large people, the service could be improved, the waiter was nice but novice. No explanation of the dishes unless requested,

Buono il livello delle pietanze (tartare di fassona, zucchine cacio e uovo, dolce; tartare di ricciola, ravioli con ripieno di cernia in guazzetto di mare, dolce). Ingiustificato il prezzo totale di euro 132 per due persone. Minuscola la tartare di ricciola servita come antipasto al costo di 28 euro. Mediocre il calice di bianco (Elena Fucci - Verha), venduto al prezzo di 10 euro a fronte di un prezzo d’enoteca di 12/13 euro a bottiglia. Apprezzati i biscottini ripieni di fichi con liquore artigianale locale a base di peperone crusco. Generosa la stella Michelin.

26/01/2025: Very rustic place, a place that has stopped in time, which to tell the truth is one of the most beautiful things! Truly delicious and plentiful food, we ate starter, first course and dessert, all top.
02/11/2024: Round of appetizers, very good and in my opinion/us, we should stop at those, or maybe we were unlucky. The place is very characteristic, but in a strong state of abandonment, as well as looking like a warehouse for goods used for catering. Sin. I wish I could change my mind as soon as possible. But do spas exist? How do you access it?

04/01/2025: Consigliatissimo, vengo spesso in questo ristorante ed è sempre un'esperienza positiva per l'ottima qualità dei piatti e del servizio (ci si sente veramente coccolati dal personale, ma in particolare dalla proprietaria, sig.ra Anna). Degustata una eccellente pizza cotta in forno a legna e delle bistecche di tonno guarnite da terrina di cipolla di Tropea caramellata con contorni di insalata mista e patatine. Vi assicuro una prelibatezza da non perdete se ci si trova qui a Maratea.
