I took three polentas from a window of this tavern created to offer take-away food during the Christmas markets. Very good, certainly 5 euros for a ladleful of polenta, a spoonful of ragout sauce and a mini sprinkling of pecorino cheese. Nothing to say about the quality though. this micragna... Put it 8 but the people are magnificent, we are from Rome to the Sabines...

20/03/2025: Accueil cordial dans une sorte de food court crée suite au tremblement de terre et où le choix du restaurant est difficile. Le patron nous met tout de suite à l aise et nous sert des mets délicieux avec commentaires culinaires et historiques en prime. Si vous aimez les pâtes, vous êtes à la bonne adresse.
10/10/2024: Amatriciana leggendaria dove sei finita? Ottima però la gricia. Secondi e contorni buoni ma si dovrebbe provvedere a far tornare l'amatriciana quella di una volta quando il Roma, su questo piatto, non lo superavi.

30/03/2025: Simple trattoria in Collalto Sabino, simple family things We ate fettuccine with meat, potatoes and chicory with a good tart. Clean environment and kind owner. Fireplace on Good quality price.
