Excellent family-run restaurant and pizzeria (in fact there was not even a hint of stress among the staff, on the contrary they transmitted tranquility, serenity and hospitality) located in Marano di Napoli facing the road.
As soon as we arrived we were greeted by the owner / meitre of the room in a polite, hospitable and not very intrusive way (we were served throughout the evening by him in a perfect way) in a short time we ordered and we were served excellent food, we had an appetizer of cold cuts and cheese in the center of the table very good genuine zero-mile products.
Then we had 2 Genoese pastas, a linguine with octopus and a black-cooked pizza; all exquisite dishes prepared at the moment, nothing frozen and plated like a painting by the great Botticelli.
Recommended for a quiet family evening.

Mancavo da 2 anni, ricordavo di meglio sinceramente, soprattutto per quanto riguarda il servizio! Due pizze semplici, 50 minuti di attesa!!! Probabilmentela causa è la grande richiesta di pizze da asporto che costringono i clienti a lunghe attese al tavolo! La Margherita con cornicione ripieno è stata comunque molto apprezzata anche se la mozzarella e la ricotta non mi hanno fatto dire "Wow"!!

It's not the first time I eat here, but after several visits I feel I have to leave a review: each time a confirmation. I started with an appetizer of fried food, all homemade and really delicious, and continued with a gnocco alla sorrentina well executed, rich and tasty. The cuisine is typical, carefully prepared and made with top quality raw materials. The pizza is also really well made, with a light dough and tasty ingredients. The staff is prepared and attentive, and the owner stands out for his kindness and availability towards customers. A place where you always want to return.

It is always a great pleasure to return to the Taverna Neapolis, Gino, a competent, reliable and knowledgeable host, as well as being very friendly, always knows how to advise you, accompanying you on a tasting journey made of authentic food prepared with high quality raw materials.
Excellent quality/price ratio, polite and trained staff, the place is always very clean and welcoming.
Overall, highly recommended.
The Genoese is excellent!!!

A very pleasant surprise!
I must have passed by it a million times but I didn't know the place.
We tried the pizzas:
Genoese, nothing to say other than perfect Neapolitan Genoese also rich in meat.
Marinara in my way, a ''simple'' but refined pizza with few ingredients but of an absurd quality and flavour, individually recognizable with every bite.
I glanced at the next table... the pan-fried gnocchi looked perfect but the gem of garlic and oil made with black garlic was spectacular.
I think I would try all the dishes on the menu.

As always, Taverna Neapolis never disappoints.
I ordered some takeaway pizzas, excellent; seasoned with top quality products, and pizza dough... what can I say? the excellence of Neapolitan pizza. Nothing to envy of the renowned pizzerias of Naples.
Congratulations to the pizza chef and all the staff.
The owner Gino is great, and after many years he always keeps the quality of the food high, delighting the palates of his diners.

From pizza to first courses, everything is delicious. We last stayed on August 4th. I ate a heavenly scialatiello with clams, truly delicious. BRAVIIIIII I also wanted to add that Her Majesty the Genoese "Genovese" is authentic poetry. Well done
