Taverna In In Piacenza

I was surprised by the place; it's charming, especially with its historic ceiling and staircase. Perhaps the decor could use a refresh, but what really matters is the food: out of this world, you can taste the quality, perfectly cooked, and absolutely mouthwatering! The prices are more than fair (€30 for two, including two first courses and a second course) and the portions are generous. I'll definitely be back!

A must-try, the owner is friendly, and the chef, Simone, is top-notch. Traditional and local dishes with innovative twists. The wild boar with chickpea hummus is spectacular, along with fried porcini mushrooms with a wild garlic sauce. And to finish, the must made with una frambors... it evokes all the flavors and memories of childhood. You have to go and try it. It's worth it at least once, and there's plenty of space between tables. It's also suitable for parties.

Siamo stati con dei nostri amici a pranzo e ci siamo trovati veramente bene. Salumi e gnocco fritto ottimi, tortelli piacentini molto buoni, gnocchi al tartufo indimenticabili. I gnocchi fatti in casa ricordano quelli fatti dalla nonna. Insalata e assaggio di formaggi biologici. Il nuovo chef Simone veramente bravo!

Locale molto accogliente, elegante negli arredi e tavoli ben distanziati fra loro...per poter godere di un pranzo o una cena in serena tranquillità con i propri commensali. Ottima la cucina, completamente rinnovata con nuove portate ricche di nuovi sapori e colori ma anche piatti tradizionali locali...come bomba di riso o pisarei e faso'....sempre buonissima la pizza che qui puoi trovare anche in versione alta al trancio. Abbiamo mangiato molto bene, dall antipasto.....al dolce ...con torte prodotte dalla cucina I tempi d attesa sono stati giusti per i piatti ordinati...e abbiamo pagato il giusto prezzo . Consiglio per chi vuole mangiare qualcosa di veramente particolare...e di ottima qualità...ma anche per chi si accontenta di un ottima pizza...o di un buon piatto di salume accompagnato con torta fritta. Ci torneremo sicuramente e porteremo i nostri amici
