11/01/2025: An unforgettable culinary experience
Last night I had the pleasure of dining in a truly unique restaurant, characterized by a splendid atmosphere. The location, with brick walls and soft lights, creates an intimate and relaxing environment, perfect for a special evening. The tables, well spaced from each other, guarantee the right amount of privacy.
We opted for a really interesting menu and were welcomed with a delicious entrée: a shot of orange and ginger accompanied by a very crunchy roll and some homemade butter. A small attention that immediately highlighted the care and quality of the restaurant.
As an appetizer, we chose a tasting of meat tartare accompanied by Ascoli olives: it was my first time tasting olives in the Marche, and I must say that they were excellent!
First I chose the paccheri with orange, cheese and pistachios: an explosive dish! The contrast between the orange and the cheese (I think it was gorgonzola) was a real feast for the palate. My friend, however, ordered the polenta gnocchi with beef ragout, which turned out to be exceptional.
The restaurant also boasts a wide selection of wines, perfect to accompany each dish. Even though I didn't have room for dessert, the owner and chef - very nice and helpful - let me taste some of the liqueurs he produced. The rosemary one was a true masterpiece.
The staff is another strong point of the place: always kind, prepared and with a smile, making the experience even more pleasant.
I will definitely come back, also because I promised the owner a bottle of homemade gentian. Overall, the quality-price ratio is excellent: I didn't pay personally, but from the prices on the menu everything seemed average to me.
A perfect evening that I recommend to anyone looking for fine cuisine in a welcoming and original environment!

The starters are highly recommended, especially tartare and carpaccio. Also perfect restaurant for group dinners as it offers numerous menus with excellent quality/quantity/price ratio!
