Taverna Ferretti In Silvi

Really sweet and friendly staff! Food was yummy and a lot for two people. Can recommend this place to anybody that loves fish!!!

We had booked a table for five, specifically requesting (and being assured) a spot with the best possible view. Once we arrived, the table was perfect, and we sat down, but shortly thereafter, the staff decided to place another table directly in front of ours, practically next to each other, to make room for a young couple. This completely compromised the view and our privacy. It would have been more logical, and respectful of our reservation, to move our table further forward and place the new one behind us. Another negative aspect: no wine list available. Our order was taken without writing it down, and... alas, I was served a different dish than the one I requested. Given the wait, I avoided asking for a substitution. The stuffed squid was noteworthy, as were the staff, who nevertheless tried to manage the situation as best they could despite the general confusion. It's a shame, because the place has potential, but the overall experience didn't live up to expectations.

Stunning setting, with a bird's-eye view of the sea and the coast from Silvi to Ortona. Unfortunately, the service was slow, and the first courses weren't up to par. The raw fish and dessert were good.

If you're passing through Silvi, you absolutely must stop by Taverna Ferretti!! Fresh produce, local wines to discover, and friendly, professional service!! Even my little girls, who struggle to eat, enjoyed their meal!!

Abbiamo cenato qui io e mia moglie dopo 6 giorni di full immersion nella tipica cucina abruzzese di montagna. Che dire, avevamo voglia di pesce, e...ce la siamo tolta!! Piatti per nulla banali, non il solito frittone o spaghetto ai frutti di mare. Antipasto calfo e freddo con 11 portate tutte diverse, raviolini al ripieno di spigola, orecchiette cozze e carciofi, tutti buonissimo e curatissimo. Ottima bottiglia di passerina, dolce fatto al momento. Piacevole chiacchierata con la titolare. Che dire..tutto perfetto, prezzo finale in linea con la qualità. Un Avvertimento : google maps non vi porterà qui, ma vi farà girare in tondo, parcheggiate al Largo della porta e poi a piedi sono 2 minuti Massimo
