Excellent example of haute cuisine, awarded with two Michelin stars. Atmospheric location, very professional and affable owner and staff. Worth the trip. Reservations necessary.
Extremely creative gourmet cuisine using local ingredients in an intimate setting. I ate outside and many of the ingredients came from the garden next to me, e.g. the apricots or mint. The service was particularly hospitable and I felt completely at home.
Un esperienza che consiglio a tutti , 2 stelle Michelin non si prendono x caso. La filosofia nel realizzare piatti che rispettano le materie prime è sublime. Ho acquistato da loro una Colomba Pasquale che una volta gustata mi ha fatto scoprire delle senzazioni mai provate per questo tradizionale dolce
