I stopped by with my partner, and I have to say the restaurant exceeded my expectations. The dishes were delicious, the ingredients were high-quality, and the chef was very skilled and experienced. The owner did nothing but pamper us and ask if everything was okay, if we liked it, and if we needed anything else.
Here, there's humility, experience, and a lot of heart in everything they do!

In Tivoli, a short walk from the train down a charming street, we discovered a hidden gem with an incredible host. The host greeted us warmly, spoke English fluently, and shared fascinating history about Romania and the themed restaurant. He was attentive, charming, and generous, making our dinner truly special.
We enjoyed exclusive Romanian wines and authentic dishes. I ordered the cabbage rolls and cleaned my entire plate. The bread was fresh and warm. We were offered liqueurs as custom. This was the first time our group felt so genuinely welcomed in Italy. Highly recommended for an authentic and unforgettable experience.

The hype is real! The food was outstanding and the hospitality even better! If you're a foodie and in Tivoli, do not miss this place! We arrived for a late lunch and were seated immediately. If you plan on dinner you probably should reserve a table.

The owner is a saint in every way. His food is the best we had in Rome, with a cool vibe and a fun atmosphere.
The steak was excellent (and much larger than i paid for) the potatoes were divine and i was given several shots on the house. All the food was made with love and you could taste it with every succulent bite.
His published back story and the way he helped the people of Rome that were struggling during Covid was such a nice read. I wish these guys nothing but the best in their future.

What can you say? Taverna di Dracula offers a unique experience in Italy! Great atmosphere and a nice opportunity to taste Romanian traditional cuisine: several options all fresh and delicious.
In case you are conservative, there are some international options too.

The owner is very kind and welcoming! We had a wonderful evening. The cabbage rolls, polenta, Greek salad, and Romanian doughnut were delicious! The atmosphere is very unique. We highly recommend this restaurant!

Ho pranzato in questo locale insieme a mia moglie.siamo stati accolti dal proprietario con molta gentilezza . Ottimo il cibo ed ottimi i liquori offerti. È stato piacevole pranzare seguendo le abitudini della Romania. Durante il pranzo il proprietario ci ha raccontato la sua storia , molto interessante.
Abbiamo portato con noi un bel ricordo.

Sono di Tivoli e da tempo volevo venire in questo locale ... ed ho rimpianto non essere venuto prima !!! Tutto perfetto, il proprietario ci ha coccolati per tutto il tempo spiegandoci ogni piatto, offrendoci una grappa tipica e consigliandoci nelle scelte.
Ottimi in particolare gli involtini di verza e le ciambelle di Dracula.
Servizio accurato e veloce, prezzi in linea con la particolarità ed il gusto dei piatti.
Esperienza da ripetere che consiglio a tutti.
