I love this place, the atmosphere on the terrace with the soft lights on the tables is really very pleasant. The service is attentive and friendly. The kitchen is magnificent. It’s very simple, everything is delicious, refined, without affectation. I absolutely recommend!!!

There is certainly quality and courtesy but something is missing in the kitchen.... Sliced ​​served frozen (the first slices of head and tail), dry, without any connection with the courgettes and anonymous onions added to cover; flavorless risotto. The two young, unmotivated, dull waiters.... The receipt shows cumulative amounts for the individual items: first courses, second courses and drinks. Certainly correct on trust but not controllable....

I thought better. Tourist food and lazy service. There are some better ones in Cisternino, a beautiful town!

Da tanti anni torno periodicamente in questo ristorante, che non mi delude mai. Vengono sempre utilizzate materie prime di stagione e di qualità per la preparazione di pietanze che rispettano la tradizione pugliese, ma hanno un tocco di creatività che le differenzia da quelle che si mangiano solitamente. Il servizio è raffinato ed impeccabile, per non parlare dell' affabilità dei proprietari e del personale, sempre disponibili ed attenti. In più, il locale è situato nel cuore del paese, per cui in estate si può godere di uno splendido panorama, mentre si degustano le varie portate, tutte da provare , dagli antipasti al dessert.

Schönes, gemütliches Ambiente, freundliche Bedienung, ziemlich gutes Essen. Wir würden wieder kommen. Die Ortschaft ist vor allem wunderschön.

Very hot evening in mid-July, we decide to have dinner outside this magnificent tavern. The breeze magically relieves us of the daily heat, the atmosphere on the splendid Cisternino terrace becomes magical. We order a complete appetizer and then directly a sea bream to be divided in two, masterfully cleaned by the highly trained waiter, all accompanied by a white wine from Trentino thanks to the vast choice of wines. All very good. I count? 80 euros for two. Great I'd say. I'll be back!

Beautiful location, quiet and private place, excellent service and above all excellent cuisine, the starred chef and rare humility!, excellent value for money! Highly recommended!

We had dinner, and we felt looked after from the start, well presented food, of excellent quality and the right portions, what can I say, I highly recommend it. Prices in the Cisternino norm, with the difference that you eat.

Ravioli with burrata was fantastic. Good food with a nice view.
