Fantastic food. It's been a long time since I've eaten so well.

We stumbled upon it by chance...in the heart of the village of Cisternino...excellent welcome and excellent food in a welcoming and familiar atmosphere...will return to taste the other dishes!!

I highly recommend it if you happen to be in Cisternino. An exceptional lunch! We can't wait to return! A warm and pleasant welcome, the staff were knowledgeable and very friendly. The food was delicious; we left feeling truly satisfied; everything was homemade and of excellent quality. I highly recommend trying the house appetizer; we thoroughly enjoyed it, along with the first courses (pictured are gnocchi with Canestrato cheese fondue and truffle) and the desserts! Next time we'll definitely try the rest. The atmosphere is also very nice; it makes you feel at home, but in a special way. See you soon!

Warm and welcoming atmosphere, friendly service, excellent traditional dishes.

We went to this restaurant for lunch with friends and had a great time. The first courses were excellent, the second courses good, and the desserts were a bit disappointing. We didn't like the desserts. The atmosphere was quiet, the service fast and discreet. The price was reasonable despite the location being heavily touristy.

We had dinner. As soon as we arrived, the owner greeted us very kindly and courteously. And we established a rapport as if we'd known each other for ages, even with the waiter who served us the whole time. We ate divinely: homemade orecchiette with turnip tops, a trio of meats, and orecchiette with tomato sauce for my son. Everything was fresh and delicious, you can taste the quality of the products. 😍 They also serve tarallini with the bread. The house red wine was really good! The homemade nougat was also delicious. Everything was cozy and warm with a wood-burning stove. It felt like staying in a trullo. 😍 Thank you so much for the welcome you gave us, it felt like being at home. A very beautiful venue with stone ceilings and arches. Excellent hospitality and service. Local cuisine with beautiful, well-crafted, and above all delicious dishes. Decent wine selection. We had a great time. Recommended.

Lost in the wonderful village of Cisternino, my partner and I found ourselves at this restaurant with a capital R. The welcome was the best, the kindness truly lent a touch of class (especially for a young person like me). I felt truly welcomed as we dined. We didn't overdo it; the appetizers were very good, with many original Apulian ideas, with naturally more "homemade" touches, such as sliced ​​capocollo, etc. And, of course, the EVO olive oil (unfamiliar to me, coming from Salento), which really highlighted the dishes wherever it was added—in short, an excellent oil. Then, finally, the two first courses, whose names I don't remember, the ravioli filled with porcini mushrooms and their potent sauce (forgive me). The ravioli initially prepare the palate for the flavor, and the porcini mushrooms sharpen it decisively, until it becomes a beautiful dish. And then their famous gnocchetti, where there was a lot of love but a bit of perplexity. I didn't like the excessive amount of parsley, which, to be fair, would have given the dish a superlative touch... I won't tell you anything else; the real experience is when it arrives at the table before you even pick up a fork. Finally, I highly recommend this excellent restaurant. As a boy, I felt like a grown-up, but the place is a bit small.

Fantastic restaurant, delicious orecchiette, then we had a sea bream for the second course which was fantastic, very good, perfect, the restaurant is located in the center and has kind and helpful waiters, that said, you can define a perfect restaurant!!

Excellent food, comfortable atmosphere, and friendly, polite staff. We'll be back!
