Very nice restaurant in the town of Cisternino. We ate for the first course “Gil gnocchetti di patate con fonduta di canestrato locale e tartufo” and “Le Orecchiette fatteca mano con braciole di Vitello e Polpette”. For the second course, we both ate “La Suprema di Baccala scotata con panura aromatizzata”. Ebolos 1/2 lt. of house white wine. The pastas were good, but not excellent but we can say that the Baccala was the best.
The service was very friendly and helpful. We will return.
The bill was €69.00 and considering that there were 2 first courses, 2 second courses plus 1/2 lt of wine, it was good

I had been there several years ago with my parents and I remembered the quality of the orecchiette, which is why I went back last week and nothing had changed, in fact they were spectacular (both with meat sauce, meatballs and chop and with the turnip greens).
The place is warm and welcoming, the service excellent, the food even better.
The mixed roast was also excellent, lamb and sausage really good.

What can I say without words. Even though coming from Bari, I have never eaten such a good plate of orecchiette and turnips. Impeccable service, excellent welcome and everything good. Also a stone's throw from the historic center of #cisternino

Very positive experience, exceptional hospitality and quality of raw materials, well-kept and elegant but at the same time informal place.

I love this place, the atmosphere on the terrace with the soft lights on the tables is really very pleasant. The service is attentive and friendly. The kitchen is magnificent. It’s very simple, everything is delicious, refined, without affectation. I absolutely recommend!!!

There is certainly quality and courtesy but something is missing in the kitchen....
Sliced served frozen (the first slices of head and tail), dry, without any connection with the courgettes and anonymous onions added to
cover; flavorless risotto.
The two young, unmotivated, dull waiters....
The receipt shows cumulative amounts for the individual items: first courses, second courses and drinks. Certainly correct on trust but not controllable....

Da tanti anni torno periodicamente in questo ristorante, che non mi delude mai.
Vengono sempre utilizzate materie prime di stagione e di qualità per la preparazione di pietanze che rispettano la tradizione pugliese, ma hanno un tocco di creatività che le differenzia da quelle che si mangiano solitamente.
Il servizio è raffinato ed impeccabile, per non parlare dell' affabilità dei proprietari e del personale, sempre disponibili ed attenti.
In più, il locale è situato nel cuore del paese, per cui in estate si può godere di uno splendido panorama, mentre si degustano le varie portate, tutte da provare , dagli antipasti al dessert.
