A family lunch for a change. The atmosphere was quiet and pleasant, with a slightly shabby chic, retro feel. Quality food, a menu that changes based on seasonal availability, and some slightly daring pairings that might not be to everyone's taste.
I don't know if it was an exceptional event, but the service was really slow; the staff, however, was courteous and helpful.
Prices were a bit excessive, especially for the wines.

Every time we are in Magliano Sabina we have a meal at the Taverna, it is always outstanding and continue to look forward to our next visit. The porcini mushrooms are in season and delicious, the veal with zucca and coffee powder is devine. Matched with a wine from Ortricoli, perfect. Thankyou again.

Extremely promising restaurant, with a few things that could be improved. The passion is there, and so is the location; the courtyard is extremely charming. There's also a certain flair in the kitchen, although the menu has some things that aren't entirely convincing. The prices are a bit high. I'd also recommend improving the wine selection, both in terms of selection and service.

Definitely a positive experience both for the definitely good food and for the definitely very very nice location. A small note: given the prices certainly not cheap but still more or less Fair, something more could be done on the quantities.

Excellent traditional dishes, but also well-made reinterpretations, served with attention and care. Federico welcomes you to his small but delightful restaurant, where we also fully appreciated the background music, explaining with love and competence the preparation of the dishes and well recommending the wines to match. A round of applause also to the polite and helpful staff. Better to book. We will be back!

Locale stile rustico nel borgo, Personale disponibile. Prezzi nella media. Portate giuste e di qualità. Capitato per caso di rientro da una vacanza. Locale piccolo e accogliente. Non tanta scelta ma non manca nulla.

Locale accogliente e curato nei dettagli, ma ciò che davvero fa la differenza è la qualità del servizio e del cibo. Il personale è stato estremamente gentile, attento e disponibile. Il menù propone piatti ben pensati e realizzati con ingredienti freschi: ogni portata è stata un piacere per il palato.
