Excellent traditional dishes, but also well-made reinterpretations, served with attention and care. Federico welcomes you to his small but delightful restaurant, where we also fully appreciated the background music, explaining with love and competence the preparation of the dishes and well recommending the wines to match. A round of applause also to the polite and helpful staff. Better to book. We will be back!

We arrived in Rome at 12:30 and were on our way to Florence by car, when hunger struck, searching on Google we found this small town and this small tavern near the highway and it was a dream in our first hours of travel. A different menu, incredible service and flavors that we will never forget!

Ogni volta che torniamo da Emanuele alla Taverna della Goliardia rimaniamo sempre sorpresi da quanto stiamo bene, sotto tutti i punti di vista: pochissimi coperti, musica di sottofondo, menù sfizioso che cambia spesso, carta dei vini speciale, accoglienza super. Suggerisco di provare assolutamente.

Ambiente piacevole con personale accogliente e preparato .. una tipica conduzione familiare molto attenta nella preparazione e qualità dei piatti .. cucina semplice ma raffinata e deliziosa .. qualche interessante novità su tutte le portate e una interessante e variegata cantina che offre iniziative fornite da Emanuele che tende a prediligere una selezione non scontata e limitata Corrado e Cristina da Firenze
