Good and fairly generous dishes. Competitively priced. A few comments about the service, side dishes, and cleanliness.
At least during our stay, there was only one waiter trying to manage the entire (rather crowded) room. This frenzy made the overall service and communication with the waiter a bit rushed and cold.
As for the sautéed vegetables, there were some burns, a sign that they had stuck to the pan, and the baked potatoes were not cooked through.
The chairs, cutlery, and glasses could have been a bit cleaner than we found them.
Positive notes: the dining room design is nice, especially the entrance; the bathroom is well-maintained; the ravioli with ricotta and truffle were very good.

A delicious lunch in a refined and welcoming setting!
Thank you to Dino for his unfailing efficiency and infectious smile! Bravo to Chef Fabio, who, along with his team, offers excellent cuisine, carefully prepared and full of freshness.
The setting, which underwent some transformations this winter, strikes the perfect balance between tradition and modernity!
Can't wait to return to La taverne des délices samnites!

A wonderful culinary experience: the restaurant is simple and welcoming, with a pleasant atmosphere. The service was quite quick and friendly. The local cavatelli are truly worth trying, flavorful and well-prepared, as are the other dishes. All this is accompanied by a splendid view of the hills, making the meal even more enjoyable.
The restaurant is also suitable for large groups, with spacious and well-organized spaces that allow for a convivial and pleasant atmosphere.

Locale moderno ma con qualche richiamo al classico.
Principalmente piatti della cultura molisana con addirittura antipasti fatti con il quinto quarto.
Non manca qualche piatto classico italiano come cacio e pepe.
Qualità dei prodotti elevata, lavorazione semplice che esalta i sapori, prezzi onestissimi.
Per concludere l'unico cameriere presente cortese e super celere.

Il ristorante era consigliato dal nostro ospite. Siamo andati di giovedì, eravamo gli unici clienti al tavolo del ristorante. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti sia dei piatti scelti preparati e serviti con cura. Ottimi i primi che i secondi, senza dimenticare il dessert. Alla fine ci è stato offerto un liquore. Anche il conto molto onesto.
