Great great experience! The environment is welcoming and warm, perfectly in tune with the surrounding landscape: every detail is 100% taken care of, from the soft lights to the rustic but elegant furnishings, creating a truly unique and very beautiful atmosphere. As for the food, it was all exceptional. We ordered the house wine, which turned out to be a good choice, and a mixed first course which allowed me to taste various local specialties: from dumplings, to spätzle with crunchy speck, up to homemade gnocchi, all the flavors were intense and well balanced. The bill was also a pleasant surprise: absolutely adequate for the quality and quantity of the food served, with a quality-price ratio that I consider excellent, especially for a restaurant in the mountains.

We went to Clara for lunch today... What can I say: everything was perfect, from the starter to the main courses, to the service and the really nice and clean environment. Excellent price, excellent value for money. We can't wait to go back!! You are good!

Fantastic experience! My boyfriend and I had lunch on a Saturday at Taverna Clara. The setting is impeccable, the staff very kind and the food sublime. We had various tastings of first courses, second courses and desserts and a red wine: all delicious! We will definitely be back

In a place with attention to the smallest details where it feels like dining in a fairytale house but in Trentino style, a team of very young guys both in the dining room and in the kitchen (which as far as I'm concerned is an added value) welcomes you impeccably, he pampers you, explains the dishes to you in an excellent way and the service is perfect. As far as cooking is concerned, it is proof of how the passion of chefs in their early twenties can make up for a lack of experience in an exceptional way. We ate very well traditional Trentino dishes but if you wanted you could choose grilled Florentine ribs with mixed meat. I would go back to eat every week if it wasn't so far from my house. The prices are more than honest. I highly recommend it to anyone who decides to eat well in a beautiful setting.

We had lunch with friends, both with children. Very nice and quaint place. The owner is a young, smiling and very knowledgeable girl. As well as his collaborators. The dishes are refined and of very good quality, I personally had an exquisite sliced ​​venison. The first courses are also very good and homemade. Highly recommended!
