I must say that it will be a pleasant discovery. Welcoming environment, quality food...such a superlative amatriciana, not even in Rome have I ever eaten it like this...Superlative! Applause goes to the lady in the dining room who was omnipresent and friendly, kind and helpful... she flew between the tables and the kitchen but always keeping her attention high on the customer! We will definitely be back! Compliments

Il locale ce lo hanno consigliato alcuni colleghi. Posto molto bello, piccolo ma essenziale, il cibo buono ed il personale molto gentile e amichevole, anche senza prenotazione ci hanno creato il tavolo. La cucina romana è molto ben espressa, ed i piatti sono abbondanti. Molto buono il tagliere, e le mezze maniche con sugo di coda alla vaccinara (fuori menù ma proposta quella sera). Un posto dove sicuramente ci si ritornerà

We tried this restaurant in Pomezia by pure chance for a family lunch. We were all pleasantly surprised by both the home-made and delicious cuisine and the truly excellent service. We ate really excellent polenta with sauce, like the artichoke gricia. We will definitely be back to try other specialties!

18/01/2025: Found the place filled with locals, which is a great indication that the food is great, but if you are a tourist, you won't be able to read the menu as it is all in Italian, but I am sure they can translate it for you. Other than that we had a great meal.
12/01/2025: Historic Roman trattoria in the Prati area where you can enjoy the true flavor of Roman cuisine... but also excellent fish. Pay attention to product quality and seasonality. The dishes are plentiful, the service is attentive and professional. Also recommended for the classic Sunday family lunch as per tradition. Their strong point is the rigorously expressed preparation of all agreements.

Ristorante Alfredo alla Scaletta

12/01/2025: Cercato un po' su internet e confermato da cliente abituale sullo spiazzo d'ingresso, locale carino, personale super forte, anche perché in servizio in una serata a dir poco particolare: quella del derby! Pasta fresca buonissima, peccato per i sughi, guanciale non ben cotto e un po' troppa panna nella Alfredo, si rifanno col mega bracere da dove ci hanno fatto delle costolette d'agnello allo scottadito spettacolari! Vino consigliato, nero buono di Cori, molto molto buono.
17/12/2024: welcoming restaurant a stone's throw from the Gregorian villa in Tivoli. Trained, courteous and friendly staff. As for the food, they mainly serve hearty typical dishes.
