A good pub located in the center of Turin, with good drinks and moderate prices. The outdoor terrace is very nice if you appreciate the hustle and bustle of the city, with cars whizzing by just steps from the tables. It doesn't bother me, but it might be a limiting factor for others.

We went to this cocktail bar bistro in the Borgo Crimea area of ​​Turin for an aperitif with friends, and the experience was definitely pleasant. The place is very beautiful, well-kept and clean, with a modern-industrial style that creates a welcoming but contemporary atmosphere. We enjoyed a selection of well-made tapas, perfect to accompany the cocktails. We tried the Carlina, the Mole and the Valentino. I must say that the taste was balanced and definitely interesting. The fried foods were dry and well-made, while, in my personal taste, I found the amount of pesto on the caprese tapas with crispy wafer a bit excessive. One star, however, goes to the freshness of the ingredients used. Nothing compromising, but a detail to be reviewed for an even better balance. The service was courteous and attentive, with welcoming staff. We booked a table in the outdoor area on Corso Moncalieri, quiet and pleasant. A plus: the comfortable chairs, a detail often overlooked, but here much appreciated. Even though there weren't many people for a Saturday night, the atmosphere was still pleasant. Ideal for a relaxed evening with friends, perhaps sipping a good drink away from the chaos.
